    There have been reports from Montanans across the state of human, animal and plant health impacts. Many have been attributed to adulteration of the atmosphere. We've listened and are offering an opportunity to share your observations and testimonies here - in your own words.

    Monthly, we will report only the following by county. # of new reports # impact categories reported ​The remaining information you will provide will remain confidential unless you agree to provide permission at the bottom on this form. Only then, will it be released for the purposes of testimony at public policy presentations.

    None of the accumulated data will be sold or shared. Your stories will remain as part of a general statewide overview in the format stated above. If we are aware of policies being made regarding this issue in your respective county or in the legislature, we will notify you via the email you provided. At that time you may choose to continue to keep it confidential, submit this information as testimony yourself, in person or provide it to us as part of a packet.
