Experience Talking

facilty.jpgWhile traveling to food and food processing shows, I meet those that have an interest in Alaska with products and services that are specialized to our sector.

In the case of Facility Group, I have run into them twice and listened, in awe, of the story of their design and construction of a state-of-the art meat processing plant.  If you're participating in Global Food Alaska 2009, you simply must ask them to share this and other stories.  One of the latest of their efforts was work in developing community commercial kitchens in Washington state to support specialty and small producers.    Don't miss out on asking them about the pig story - it is a remarkable insight into quality food production and they have many many more.  Check out their food/beverage/agri-products link in the full story.
