Kodiak Positioning To Play A Stronger Role In Alaska's Gulf Coast

The City of Kodiak is either being proactive with respect to the issues associated with "carbon foot print" or it has a modified business strategy or both.   Kodiak is well on its way to creating the infrastructure to support larger vessels who may no longer have to travel the 2500 mile round-trip to west coast maintenance yards for services.
