It is the evening of May 5th and I have finished another day in my boat and manufacturing shop. I am busy finishing up my equipment orders for the new vessels that have been built and coming into the fishery this year and harvesting Copper River sockeye and king samon in just ten days. For the past 28 years it has always been right up to the wire for me to get the winter job finshed up so I can transistion into my summer commercial fishing job harvesting some of the finest tasting salmon to wash over your pallet. I have been talking with restaurant customers all over the country this past month about what the season outlook is, when it will start and what will the prices look like. That is always the big 40 dollar question it seems every year. The demand will be high this year with the west coast salmon closures coupled with the growing number of consumer preference for the taste of wild Alaska salmon. Also, remember that I always upload the Alaska Dept of Fish & Game annoucements on my website to keep you informed of our period by period openers so you will know when I am out there fishing and can place your orders either before I head out onto the fishing grounds or while I am out ther fishing. It is important get me myour orders on this time line as once the fishing period closes, I cannot process your order and will have to move it up to the next fishing period. You can always call me or as I prefer email me your order or through my website. I have internet and email capability onboard to recieve your orders timely while out there fishing and can then adjust my processing production to fulfill your order. I will correspond with you to advise your order has been caught and cut and will be on it's way to you the next day.

I can ship to you via an airline of which you will have to go to that airports cargo warehouse to pick up your fresh Copper River salmon shipment or we can ship to your door via FedEx.
