Good Agricultural Practices - E Programs Available

The National GAPs Program at Cornell University with funding from the National Integrated Food Safety Initiative,
CSREES, USDA, has joined with eCornell to offer a three-week online course on Implementing Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs). This course will provide an engaging learning experience through a combination of rigorous and relevant coursework, stimulating discussions with your fellow learners, enriching facilitation by a subject-matter expert, and a flexible course structure that lets you work when and where it is convenient for you. The next GAPs Online Produce Safety Course will begin October 28 and will run through November 17, 2009. Each course is limited to 25 people. There will be a $50 fee for taking this course.
